Interesting game! It is like Monopoly in terms of set collection and earning revenue without the dice and movement. How does a player get more customer cards? Does the customer card also occupied one of ther 9 land areas?

The customer card pool consists of 10 distinct preference types, including 6 dual-preference and 4 triple-preference types, with 7 cards of each kind. During each round's operational phase, players may discard unwanted customer cards and acquire new ones. Regarding your second question: the nine land plots are exclusively for establishing shops, each featuring a dedicated customer zone for placing customer cards. As shown on the player board, the land area actually provides 18 card slots—9 for shops and 9 for customers.

I see. Now i understand the game board regarding the 9 shop slots and 9 customer slots.
