Very interesting and unique. I particularly like the Gossip card. the game mechanics for gossip cards really matches the theme. Perhaps for advanced game play, the designer can consider adding impact of the gossip other than victory points? e.g. those who have the fewest gossips may be ostracized because they are not seen as 'one-of-them'. alternatively, some of the gossips are actually on the actual characters of the game. so the player has to decide whether to maximize the VP gained from circulating rare gossip about existing characters. however that may have side-ffect of less cooperation from that fellow colleagues during work and that may in the long-term affect your work performance. so there will be a tension in the gossip card management - balancing the VP maximisation vs effecting their skills.
